Welcome! I'm Shaman Katie McBrien

My name is Katie McBrien, I am a Shaman,  I am also a tarotist, energy healer, and teacher.

For 15 years I was in corporate security, overseeing large office spaces and a research & development facility.

​In my own professional life, I deal with a lot of spirits, office buildings tend to have a lot. For many years I was confused and didn’t really know how to handle what I was experiencing on a daily basis.​

During long shifts in half empty buildings, I spent most of my free time reading and taking courses on various spiritual topics. I spent the first half of my learning focusing on Witchcraft because it was part of my spiritual belief system, as an animist. 

Then I learned about Shamanism, and through shamanism my understanding of working with spirits specifically Angels, Ancestors, and Spirit Guides, really opened me up to my mediumistic abilities. From there I took a course with the world-renowned animist Betsy Bergstrom learning compassionate depossession; which is about helping those who have spirit attachments compassionately help those beings cross over to the other side.​
